Yes. ISO-8859-1 is the more formal, standards referencing name. (Note
that ISO-8859-n is the nth standard in the ISO 8859 series, where as
Latin-k is the kth standard in that series with Latin characters in
the upper half. So Latin-9 is ISO-8859-15. 
http://czyborra.com/charsets/iso8859.html has probably has far more
data than you want, but it's a fairly complete coverage of the ISO 8859
charsets.
