Oh - the only part I really wasn't sure of was if to use "cp -a" or
"cp -al" to copy the source code. "cp -al" would be better, but some
programs don't break the hard link properly, at least by default
(including vim, autoconf, automake, etc). Maybe this should be a
command line option.
