That's simply wrong. There are problems which could be parallelized, but be
sure, this is not true for all problems. And in most cases it is very
difficult to get a good performance by parallelizing the problem.

For every single problem and every single situation you have to decide new, if
it's better to do it on one big machine or maybe better on a cluster or
something else.
