I don't think that Joey is actually still creating accounts:

rb@auric:~% ldapsearch -L '(uid=*)'|grep '^creatorsname:'|sort|uniq      
creatorsname: uid=admin,ou=users,dc=debian,dc=org
creatorsname: uid=jgg,ou=users,dc=debian,dc=org
creatorsname: uid=troup,ou=users,dc=debian,dc=org

I guess that the accounts created by uid=admin are just the initial
import into the LDAP system (at least there are none created with
that uid since 1999):
rb@auric:~% ldapsearch -L '(&(creatorsname=uid=admin*)(uid=*))'|grep
'^createtimestamp: 2'  

Or, am I seeing somethings wrong, Joey?
