XDR formatting

I am developing NDMP, which is a backup protocol on the ethernet utilizing
TCP/RPC/XDR formatting. I have most of the information for this but am
lacking the bit-definitions for the 4-byte header of XDR (start of the TCP
data packet). I am willing to do investigating, but can't find the
information.

Can you point me in the right direction?

I have tried to find rpc.h in the baseline, but it eludes me.
