debconf and conffilesy
debconf allows to eliminate interactive mode but questions about
upgrading config files are more often than questions about new
configuration.
Is it possible to collect all questions about conffiles and
display it _after_ installation process?
In RH all daemons which have init.d scripts, ask if they should be
started. In Debian, daemons start as default.
I think debconf should ask if the administrator want to include
new package to rc.d directory.
