I'm not sure what you are trying to report here.

First, there's no version 19990912 of gnudip. The latest is 2.0.6-5

What "log" are you talking about? 

please show me the output of running:
   dpkg -l gnudip libdbi-perl libdbd-mysql-perl perl5

Also, please let me know if you are running the mysql server and bind on the
same machine that you are running the gnudip script, or if you are running
them on a separate host.

What it looks like from a first glance is that you do not have the necessary
perl dbi/dbd libraries installed. Please let me know what that dpkg command
shows and we should be able to proceed from there.
