I guess there must be a slight lag in the bts. I checked for bugs and
didn't see #40197, so I submitted my own, #40200.  The next thing I did
is look for a mirror which hadn't updated yet and grab a copy of
0.95.6-1, so I could reinstall the previous version.   They've probably
all updated to -2 by now, but you can get -1 at:
