Funnily enough I volunteered for this once and never received a reply.
The debbugs-1.0 tree is currently in some dusty corner of my harddisk
waiting for me to find some time to try and figure out how to install
it. It's a messy, undocumented procedure..

Johnie Ingram has a packaged version of an older version. I don't
think it will work for anyone else without some editing though.
