apt-get's strange behaviour

A very strange thing happened to me.  I do not know what is the
reason.  After apt-get update, the lists for non-free and main
are the same.  As result, I cannot upgrade my system.

apt:    0.1.9
libc6:  2.0.7u-7.1
libstdc++2.9: 2.91.60-1
