Be careful with this.  Slackware doesn't (didn't last I checked) use
the same layout as Debian and Redhat derivatives.  Init startup files,
config files, cron jobs, and the likes don't go in the right places.
If alien handles some or all of these then it's a cool tool.  Why not
upgrade to Debian?
