egcs-snapshot (GCJ and chill)

I am away for some time without email access until 10 Oct, so if
somebody wants to make a NMU for a new egcs-snapshot package
(including gcj and chill), please go ahead (get the debian directory
from the egcs package, it's more recent than the one from the old
egcs-snapshot).
