Intent to package gcc-i386-gnu

I intent to create a tiny package called gcc-i386-gnu.

It is a "cheap" cross-compiler for the GNU/Hurd, which uses the
existing gcc on the machine and do the remaining things via wrapppers
and symlinks.

As such, it will be "Architecture: i386", it will Depend on gcc and
it will be Priority: extra, since not everybody wants to cross-compile for
the GNU/Hurd.

The package is made by `make-cross', by Gordon Matzigkeit, which will be
included in the source (GPLed, of course), and it could be considered both
as an example package, such that everybody is able to create its own
make-cross-derived package; and as a convenience for users who like to
have everything in the system installed via dpkg.
