gcc: -dynamic is not default as it should be

 I just submitted a bug against `gcc', Version: 2.7.2.3-4.8.  It's not 
 compiling shared objects with `-dynamic' by default anymore.  `egcc'
 does the right thing.  This is the cause of several "library is
 staticly linked" bugs.

 I think I'll just switch to `egcc' anyway.
