Intent to package REVTeX

I'm planning on packaging REVTeX.  REVTeX is an electronic
publishing product of the American Physical Society and can be
used to prepare a physics manuscript for electronic submission to
journals that take part in the AIP compuscript program.

I have discussed this with the tetex maintainer and with contact
people at AIP and APS.  Because of copyright details, it will
have to go into contrib.
