According to information posted by Jason Gunthorpe, Canada should be OK, at least for now. If that is true, I see no reason for Turbo not to take over the package. Or Marcus; I'll leave it to them and Ian Jackson to decide on the new maintainer for pgp. (Preferably soon.)
