dpkg/apt needs to handle 2+x CDS [Was: Re: new debian-cd scripts]

Thats the _big_ point!! Not every one has a direct internet connection! 
(or wants to pay a download for non-free and contrib ;-)

I think there must be a working solution to this
before hamm can be burned on CD (burned on CDs as I 
should say) aka released!
