The first thing are the Dragon Tools, which should be accessible from

ftp://mirjam.informatik.uni-tuebingen.de/pub/dragon/

Currently its just an .tgz, but I'm working on the .deb file.
Have a look at it and tell me what you think about it (See the README
about running with ROOT=~/dragon).
