non-perl related scripts in the Perl packages

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

There are two scripts in the perl distribution that while rather handy
don't have anything to do with Perl other than they are written in it
and come with it.

They are:
rename - rename perlexpr [files] use the perlexpr on each file to give
				  it a new name
patchls - patch listing utility Input is one or more patchfiles, output
a variety of info on them

Both are rather useful but rather small. Making a package out of them
would be ludicrous. rename is only 11 lines of code!

So, I'm planning on bundling these into the perl package in /usr/bin.
The question is what to name them. I can see patchls retaining its name
but I fear that rename might be a bit too general. I'll keep it that
way unless someone objects by Sunday though. If people object I can
call it prename or something similar.
