It doesn't.
When changelog says "unstable", it means "the current unstable" at the
time the package is uploaded to master.
[ Perhaps using "buzz", "bo" or "hamm" would be more appropiate?
I'm thinking about sync problems with the other Debian ports,
in particualr when a distribution get frozen... ]
