But then the same error would happen when Joe User tries to install a
package from contrib that depends on another one from non-free.
(...contrib, then non-free, then local/non-us....) (Am I missing something?)
By policy, packages that depend on packages in non-free but are themselves
free belong in contrib.
So we have to change the policy or change the way dselect manages
package dependencies (work that, in fact, is being done).
