Yes, there will be, hopefully quite soon.  However, there has been
some disagreements among the various ncurses developers, so I am first
trying to contact the various parties to make sure that they are all
comfortable with my packaging that which is currently labeled 4.0.  I
don't want to step on any toes, at least without giving them a
reasonable chance to move them.
