Ahhhh thanks :) I like white backgrounds so I just removed xaw3d and something
else that had been really annoying stopped happening as well :) With Xaw3d
some windows wouldn't pop to the front when I moved the mouse over them.
Things like xconsole. Without xaw3d they do :) I don't know if this is a bug
or just an annoying behaviour of xaw3d but I'm quite happy to be without it :)
Dehydration - 34%, Recollection of previous evening - 2%, embarrassment
factor - 91%. Advise repair schedule:- off line for 36 hours, re-boot
startup disk, and replace head - wow, what a night!
