minicom-1.74-1 uploaded to master
As I am the new maintainer of minicom, it was about time to upload
a new debian version. I've added the ASCII protocol, that the
vanilla 1.74 didn't have and I changed the installation not to
automatically assume usage of the ALT (or meta) key since that
doesn't always work under X.
