To make this easier for EVERYONE I would really like to have
master.debian.org be set up with rdistd so that I can get ALL files that
way. This would make it convenient for people in EU that want to mirror
the www files.

If not rdist then possibly SUP which is a very nice little package.

Neither of these will be that large of a load on master then Ray won't
have nearly the work that he currently does.

Bdale Comments please?

The question of the existence of views in the absence of anyone to hold
them is left as an exercise for the reader. The question of the
existence of the reader is left as an exercise for the second god
coefficient. (A discussion of non-orthogonal, non-integral polytheism
is beyond the scope of this article.)
