g77-0.5.17-1 released

New g77 package.

Sorry for putting this twice in your mailboxes, but,
jimr@simons-rock.edu adviced me to announce new g77
packages in debian-changes, while Dirk Eddelb"uttel
remarked that it had been decided that ELF packages
be announced to debian-devel only.

Fortunately, Dirk Eddelb"uttel also remarked:
> [...] I can only say that this is what we have
> debian-devel for. Nobody gets shot there. I
> for example only lost my temper on debian-user :-)

So, Im just mailing it, hoping he's right at least on
one of the two points.

*******

A new version of g77 has now been uploaded.
This version has got a lot of changes, but the binaries themselves
are unaffected. (They were elf, and still are elf)

There's no substitute for reading README's.
(except for using Debian, and typing "dpkg -i package.deb").
