Nils Rennebarth announces: ltxtool-1.0-2
Because of the restrictive copyright this needs to be
put in non-free. I'll later separate multicol from this
package which is free only for private use.

Even LaTeX allows distribution only for a "nominal fee" for
copying. I'll try to contact the authors to lessen this condition
for debian-distribution. What were the proposed terms for this?
I didn't save them then.
