Bug#1245: ed: source package not clean

I'm not sure if this is a real bug, it could be just cosmetic:
the source package of ed-0.2-4 contains a 'config.status' and
a 'config.cache'; furthermore these files are not removed by
the 'clean' target of 'debian.rules'.
