Hi,

I haven't heard anyone picking up debian packaging of log4cpp after
Marcel Harkema stopped, so your welcome to adopt it I guess. 
But I'm not involved in Debian and recently turned over log4cpp
maintainership to Thomas Wabner. Maybe he knows more than I do...
