RFS: ii-esu

I've finished packaging ii-esu:

It's another japanese abstract shooter written in the D language, in
this case coded by HIZ. I had to remove the music and sound files due
to license restrictions on them, but the game is totally playable
anyway.

PS: I'll try to finish ProjectL and Tatan, both by HIZ too, as soon as
I can. Their orig files have to be remade to remove the non-dfsg-free
stuff, as I did with ii-esu.
