Since the cost of branching (in terms of developer-time, not
disk space) is higher with SVN than git, people are bound to
do it less.

(Tomorrow I'll remove any empty dirs in
http://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-games/packages/branches so
it's easier to see at-a-glance how many package are using
branches at present).
