* set TTL's in provided zone files, update SOA comments to reflect last
argument now being negative cache TTL, not default TTL, closes: #50670
* update README.Debian to include a pointer to a page describing how to
set up named to run chroot'ed, and to include information on running the
daemon non-root. This is a partial response to 50013.
* manually handle init.d, implementing deferred restart of the daemon
during upgrades. closes: #50648
