Hello, a new version of the developers-reference has been installed and is now available. The number of changes is so impressive that you may well read it completely (again). Some interesting changes are : - testing is documented - the Package Tracking System is documented - the new incoming is documented (and the delayed feature) - irc channels are documented - madison is documented - a completely new chapter is included, "Best Packaging Practices". The content is not yet very elaborated, it is waiting your enhancements and contributions. Check the comments in the source to see what should be done. - how to sponsor future maintainer - and many more updates ...
