ftp-master down (no, not because of pools); use an upload queue for uploads

Hi,

Short Version: ftp-master is dead and won't be back till tomorrow. If
you need to upload something in the meantime, use an upload queue
(e.g. samosa).

Long version: detect was run on vore which probes the serial ports and
halted auric (vore moonlights as auric's serial console). Auric was
successfully resumed, but it's eth0 didn't come back with the rest of
the machine. In an effort to fix the problem quickly, auric was
rebooted. Unfortunately it never came back up due to some problem
with silo and the boot block. Ben then tried to get auric to boot
with rarp on vore. Unfortunately vore is running 2.4 which doesn't
have kernel-space rarpd and the user-space rarpd segfaults. So Ben
built a 2.2 kernel for vore and rebooted it. Almost predictably, vore
also failed to come back up. Having run out of remote options, Ben is
going to visit Visi tomorrow with a bootable CD.
