If you read ssh(1) and grep for `environment' you'll find
Additionally, ssh reads /etc/environment and
$HOME/.ssh/environment, and adds lines of the format VAR
NAME=value to the environment. Some systems may have
still additional mechanisms for setting up the environ
ment, such as /etc/default/login on Solaris.
.. so you can create remote:~/.ssh/environment with your sbin paths in ...
