c102 transition nearly complete... mini-mass bug filing OK?



http://people.debian.org/~willy/gcc-transition/
is back up, and shows that there are only 46 source packages still compiled
with g++ 2.95 (not counting intentional exceptions like qt2), and *all*
libraries have transitioned.  Excellent!

Does it seem reasonable to file a bug against every one of these packages
(except those which already have such bugs filed against them)?
If so, what severity should I use?
