resolved: md5sum gave bogus output

The solution was to upgrade dpkg-dev.

dpkg 1.10.18
dpkg-dev 1.10.18
devscripts 2.7.95.1

When I run debuild on any package I get...
	dpkg-source: failure: md5sum gave bogus output `'

I run a mix of stable and testing, so I probably instigated this. 
Though, I'm not sure how at the moment.

dpkg 1.10.18
devscripts 2.7.95.1
