Great. Add Toshiba to the "broken crappy BIOS" list... again. All we can do
is document it and flame the hell out of Toshiba's user support for doing
stupid things to get their product out of the door faster.  The kernel seems
to already need to go out of its way to not crash these things, so I am not
surprised.

I do not think we should back down on the use of 2.88MB images, though.
