goals for woody ? (Re: Release Date of Woody?)

I assume that 

 1) glibc 2.2
 2) XFree86 v4 (maybe 4.0.2, as released recently).

is the goals to stabilize steady support in woody, since these are
already included in woody.

And, if I recall correctly, 

 3) FHS transition step 2 complete (no package having /usr/doc except symlink).

is required for woody.  I've heard this when the decision was made
that potato does not need this.

Maybe 

 4) correctly having "Build Dependency"

is also required for woody.

I don't know if

 5) transition to Perl 5.6

is required, but maybe.  Python 2 has some complexity because of the license,
so maybe transition to Python 2 is not required one.

Maybe some more, and I assume

 6) 2.4 Linux kernel, if available

is the wishlist one.  But I don't know if this can be available or not.

As for the release date of the woody, I have heard on a debian list
that the Release Manager hopes to freeze the woody about mid or end of
Jan 2001, but I don't know if he changes his mind after that.

Surely there is no firmly fixed release date, of course.
