ITP: freepwing, wdic-epwing, edict-epwing
freepwing is a system to make binaries of EPWING format, which stands
for Electric Publishing WING described in JIS (Japanese Industrial
Standard) X4081 by Sony, Fujitsu, Iwanami-Shoten, Dai-Nippon-Insatsu,
and Toppan-Insatsu.
Binaries generated by this program can be used from libeb, ndtpd,
lookup-el, libeb-ruby and so on.

In addition, I would like to debianize wdic-epeing and edict-epwing
generated by this program. wdic-epwing is a dictionary written in
Japanese which stands for Wired & Wireless dictionay and of cource
free for any usage.
edit-epwing is a EPWING format of edict which is already installed
in non-free.
