So it's time to get it done :)

This is my intention, too. The thing is, that many tips could be derived from 
the faqs, but then Developers have to provide two versions of their faq: One 
in this fortune-format, and one in human-readable form, e.g. html.

Maybe we propose some standard on how to write faqs, so that linuxtips can 
handle them automatically?
One could also add a directory /usr/doc/FAQ then, with symlinks to the faqs 
in the /usr/doc/<package>-directorys.
Its the questions if tips should also be placed in /usr/doc/TIPS, eg., since 
TIPS are documentation rather then just shared data files to some program.
