What package creates /usr/share/doc/HTML/games/arcade /index.html

I found /usr/share/doc/HTML/games/arcade /index.html (yes, "arcade ") in
my /usr/share/doc directory, with lynx -dump index.html giving:

/usr/share/doc/HTML/games/arcade  $ lynx -dump index.html
