Keep in mind that every now and then you are *forced* to upgrade locales
(because of glibc and because locales of course depends on the latest
glibc *only*). Which makes typically ~ 20 minutes of waiting on an ISDN
line which is *much* faster than a lot of peoples' connection. 20 minutes
for me is 19:30 minutes too much.

Not even considering the nonsense of moving (woody_users + mirrors) *
updates_a_week * 20M through the network.
