Re: chinput and mozilla-1.3

You must set "LC_ALL=zh_CN.GB2312" to use mozilla with Chinput now. I think it's
a bug of mozilla 1.3. Please temporarily use "LC_ALL=zh_CN.GB2312" as a
workaround. I will check it later.
