有一兩位朋友憂慮自己沒有 subscribe，即 non-subscriber，怕不能貼文，
但應該不成問題，也不必特別上 NNTP 發信，因為每個 non-subscriber 寄信時，
第一次會先經 moderator(s) 檢查，確認不是垃圾信後，Debian 的郵件服務器就
會記住該位 non-subscriber 的 e-mail 地址，以後他就可以直接發信到
debian-chinese-* 了。至少這是我對 listmaster@debian.org 告訴我的方案的理解。

我會發個 bug report 通知 Debian 的 listmasters，只是不知道什麼時候
會實施以及詳情。
至于 moderators 方面，我建議由多位朋友合作，包括目前較常在
這裡出現的 Debian developers 和 users。我心目中的人選包括于廣輝、
hashao、和我自己。<grin, duck, run>... 如果 Ben Luo、Rex Tsai、
Roy Chan (voidoo)、Anthony Y.P. Wong、Roger So、Shell Hung、Chuan-kai Lin、
Kam Tik 等等有空的話，也歡迎加入“版主”的工作。當然，這純粹是自願的，
所以誰想當版主或不想當版主，都隨您們決定。 :-)
詳細實作情形，我還不太清楚，容後公布。謝謝！
