Ok, not pam problem. No on my system at least.

Seems debian default to set the -nolisten flag for TCP connection.
Obviously for security reason. If you really want to do it, you
can drop that flag on tcp.

If you enable tcp connection, you do know that "xhost +" is a bad 
idea, right?
