你可以用debian的安裝啟動盤，或者從網上下載一個軟盤上的
Linux系統(http://freshmeat.net/browse/866/?topic_id=866)，
用軟盤啟動後，把你硬盤上的debian的根硬盤分區加載到/mnt上，
然後編輯 /mnt/etc/shadow，把root的密碼(第2個部分)內容
改成空白(變為::)或者加密後的密碼，然後重起，進入，更改密碼。
man shadow
man crypt
man mkpasswd
