perl locale問題。

各位好！
  我新裝的woody,perl運行時報告：

	Perl: Warning: Setting locale failed.
    Perl: Warning: Please check that your loacle settings:
            LANGUAGE = (unset),
            LC_ALL = "zh_CN.GB2312",
            LC_CTYPE = "zh_CN.GB2312",
            LANG = "zh_CN.GB2312"
          are supported and installed on your system.
    Perl: Warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").

  我已經安裝了Locale，設置了/etc/locale.gen,並用locale-gen產生了
GB2312和UTF-8兩個locale。相關的環境變量也按照debian-chinese-fag
作了設置，還需要做什麼？
	
  剛剛發現，新裝的xsim運行時也報告can't set locale.
