不知道，我用:
$ LANG=zh_CN.GB2312 LC_ALL=zh_CN.GB2312 idle
啟動 idle ，可以正常輸入。
只是不能叫出chinput，大概是tk的問題吧。我不用idle，
所以對我無所謂。
沒有進行任何特別的設定。
