關于使用apt出現的問題

folks：
	由于硬盤空間有限，我的/var文件系統在頻繁使用apt升級軟件之後，被下載到/var/cache/apt/archives的大量deb包撐滿而不能正常進行包升級。
	我想問的問題是：
	1.除了手動刪除該目錄下文件以外，有沒有一個命令進行這個方面的管理（比如限制cache的大小，或者清空cache等等）
	2.為什麼有些系統沒有安裝的包都要cache，這樣的cache機制是基于什麼原則。
